Mahoney Oil is a full service diesel fuel provider that has been servicing Massachusetts most reputable excavating companies and trucking companies since 1986.  Our reputation was built on providing exceptional customer service and it is still the foundation of our business today.  By day our trucks may be spotted fueling up large excavating equipment throughout Massachusetts and by night they are fleet refueling trucking companies in parking lots.  We are a 24 hour per day, 365 day per year operation.

Mahoney Oil was founded in 1986 by owner, James Mahoney, with one 1986 Ford LN8000 tanker.  During the company’s infancy, Jimmy would operate heavy excavating equipment during the day.  After work he would get into his oil truck and fuel up these pieces of machinery on the job sites.  Mahoney Oil’s customer base grew rapidly over the next year into a full time job.  Jimmy’s exceptional work ethic and attention to customer service created the foundation for what this company is today.

Jimmy’s son, Michael, entered the company at a very young age.  He worked with his father on a daily basis, learning the business from the ground up.  In May of 2000, Michael graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Business Management and Finance.  After college, Michael rejoined the company to bring it to the next level.  Over the next few years Michael adopted his father's commitment to customer service and the company experienced tremendous growth as well as name recognition in the industry.

Today, Jimmy and Michael work side by side expanding the company without forgetting that exceeding their customers’ expectations is their number one job.
